Names on personalized items is free for all Twinkle’s merchandise.
All personalized orders will only be accepted by email, mail or fax. Please print clearly. When error is the mistake of Twinkles, we will re-do the order at no extra charge. Customer errors are the responsibility of the customer.

All original works of art remain the property of Twinkles and may not be reproduced. We do not reproduce copyrighted designs, and only paint our original designs.

3 Day return policy after date of store purchase or ups receival on all other merchandise.

You must notify us of damages up to 10 days after shipment is received. Photos and a written statement are required, and we are not responsible for shipping in returns. Upon receipt of your return allow time to remake your order.
All items are handmade especially for you involving time and craftsmanship, therefore the designer inspects all merchandise in order to avoid any defects. We take pride in our work!

Payments must be paid in full upon order, and cancellations must be made within 3 days of order.
Prices area subject to change, but you will be notified.

Delivery requires special care! Most of our items are delicately handmade. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery in the U.S. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery on hand-painted artwork and up to 6 weeks on small furniture items.
*Each item is hand painted by Fine Artist, Dana Casey and more time may be needed depending on the size of your order and the workload, but you will be notified.
All products are shipped via UPS.
